What SoftTrack does

Refund policy
All refunds are processed from our office and must follow our official refund procedures.
- Refunds are eligible only for customers who subscribed for a full year and meet the subscription refund policy terms.
- To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email (listed above) with your subscription details and reason for the refund.
- Do not send refund requests via unofficial or third-party channels — they will not be considered.
